How to Buy ?

  • Choose the section (Men, Women, Kids) and then the product
    type (Salwar Kamiz, Panjabi, Shirt etc).
  • View the products you are interested in and roll your cursor
    on the photograph to zoom in to see every detail. Available
    sizes, composition, reference code and price are mentioned in
    that specific page.
  • Select an item which you want to buy and add it to your cart.
    You can then choose the Checkout button
    to place an order.
  • If you wish to continue shopping, press the Continue
     button or if you wish to place an order
    just log in.
  • Please enter your details and click on the Confirm button.
  • Choose whether you want to collect your order from one of our
    stores or receive it via standard or express delivery and check
    that the shipping and billing addresses are correct.
  • Select your desired payment method: Visa, Mastercard, DBBL Nexus,American Express, bKash.
  • Confirm the order.
  • You will receive a confirmation email from us.

Why might my credit card be refused?

Your credit card may be refused for any of the following

  • The card may have expired. Check that your card is still
  • You may have reached your credit limit. Contact your bank to
    check that you have not exceeded the authorized purchase limit.
  • You may have entered some information incorrectly. Check that
    you have filled in all the required fields correctly.

Is it safe to use my credit card on the website?

Yes, the data are transmitted SSL-encrypted. For payments with Visa and Mastercard, only SET transactions (secure electronic transactions) are accepted. After verifying that the card is included in the SET system, the system will contact the card-issuing bank to enable the buyer to authorize the purchase. When the bank confirms the authenticity, the payment will be charged to the card. Otherwise the order will be cancelled.



Can I exchange my products?

Yes, you have two options:

  • FOR ANOTHER SIZE, as long as it is the same price, no
    additional payment necessary.
  • FOR A DIFFERENT ITEM, Le Reve will not refund and you can
    purchase a new item from our store with the same price or more
    than that. You have to make the additional payment.

If you wish to exchange an item from home, you have to return
the item and make a new purchase online.

How long do I have to make an exchange?

All exchanges must be made within 10 days of the e-mail
confirming shipment.

Can I exchange my items at any Le Reve store?

Yes, as long as it is in the same country in which the purchase
was made and has the section to which the product belongs (woman,
man, kids).
